perheat oven @ 350

line 9inch square pan with aluminum foil spray the foil with non stick spray or rub butter on all sides

chop chocolate into small peices . microwave chocolate , butter,&coco powder until melted

place sugar & salt in a med. bowl,add chocolate mixture ,while stirring add eggs one by one

add vanilla , sift flour & baking powder together & add to mixture. mix til well blended .

add mixture to baking pan , bake for 30mins... check with a toothpick in the center

****TOPPING*****

for topping 1cup semisweet chocolate baking chips & 1 cup white chocolate baking chips .

add chocolate on top of brownies & add to oven for 1 min.. while chips are kinda melted swirl chocolate with a butter knife . let cool & serve
