Steps

Season crawfish with salt & McCormick seasoning, then set aside

Saute onion & celery in butter

Add crawfish to mixture

Add La Hot Sauce (to taste)

Add both cans of cheese to mixture

Add cornstarch mixed in water to mixture

Add parsley & onion tops last

Cook a few minutes more until parsley & onion tops are done
