Steps

Heat oven to 425. Place 1pie crust in ungreased glass pie plate. press firmly against plate.

in large bowl, gently mix filling. spoon into crust. Top with second crust. press edges together. Cut slits in top.

Bake 40 to 50 minutes or until pears are tender. Cover edge of crust with foil after the first 20 minutes. Cool.
