Steps

Take oil in pan and fry big chunks onion in it till golden brown. Take it out. Fry whole tomato with skin intact and take it out. Fry potato till half cook and take it out.

Now take fried onion, tomato, green chilli, ginger garlic, and make fine puree of it.

Now take same oil we took for frying. Add puree, all masala and peas in it. And let it cook till oil floats on top...
