Steps

Add 1 spn ghee in a pan

Heat ghee and add vermicelli

Roast the vermicelli for 3-4 minutes

Keep the roasted vermicelli aside

Add 2 spn oil in pan, heat pan, add onion and green chilli and saute for 2-3 min till onion becomes golden brown

Add carrot, capsicum and tomatoes, saute for a minute

Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, GARAM masala and maggi masala.

Mix well, add 2 cup water,mix well, covered with lid and cook for 4-5 minutes

After 5 minutes open the lid, mix well, turn off the flame..

Vermicelli upma is ready to serve.
