1salt and pepper to taste or seasoning such as Emerils Essence
4 largepork chops or pork loin sliced about 3/4"thick
1 cupapple juice
1 tbspcorn starch
1 packagesstove top stuffing
1 cupsweet onion chopped and dried fruit apples raisinssauted

cut stuffing slit pocket in chops season inside and out

marinate seasoned chops two hours

brown chops in oil set aside to cool

stuff chops with stuffing mixed with onions and or fruit

bake chop @350until done 165deg

combine apple juice and corn starch
7

bring to boil

reduce heat and simmer until thickened

pour apple gravy over chops
