Graham Crust
1 packagesGraham Chrackers
4 tbspButter
4 tbspBrown Sugar
Topping
1 packagesPistachio Pudding Mix (2 if small)
1 1/2 cupMilk
4 cupIce Cream - Vanilla
1 packagesCool Whip

Steps

Mix Gramcracker Crust In bowl and place in bottom of pan (save some to sprinkle over coolwhip-optional)

Mix Pudding & Milk

Add Ice Cream to mixture and blend till smooth

Pour mixture over top of crust

Cover and place in freezer for 2 hours

Remove from freezer and coat hardened icecream topping with coolwhip

sprinkle saved crust mix over coolwhip (optional)

Cover & Return to freezer for atleast 10 more hours before serving
