First cut the edges of bread slices.

Mashed finely.add milk powder,milk and 1 tbsp ghee and make a soft dough.

Rest dough for 1 hours.

Now make a small size balls,,and filling with chopped nuts in balls.

Heat ghee in a wok add balls and deep fried till dark in colour.

Add fried balls in leftover sugar syrup.and add crushed green cardamon in sugar syrup.

Dip gulabjamun in sugar syrup for 5-6 hours.

Now ready to eat bread gulabjamun..
