Ingredients

  1. 7-8bread slices
  2. 2 cupleftover sugar syrup
  3. 5-6green cardamon
  4. 2 tbspchopped nuts
  5. 1 cupfull cream milk
  6. 1/2 cupmilk powder
  7. Ghee for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    First cut the edges of bread slices.

  2. 2

    Mashed finely.add milk powder,milk and 1 tbsp ghee and make a soft dough.

  3. 3

    Rest dough for 1 hours.

  4. 4

    Now make a small size balls,,and filling with chopped nuts in balls.

  5. 5

    Heat ghee in a wok add balls and deep fried till dark in colour.

  6. 6

    Add fried balls in leftover sugar syrup.and add crushed green cardamon in sugar syrup.

  7. 7

    Dip gulabjamun in sugar syrup for 5-6 hours.

  8. 8

    Now ready to eat bread gulabjamun..
