Ingredients

1 lbbeef cubes or hamburger
1 cansliced mushrooms, drained
1 cancream mushroom soup
1milk, as needed
1sour cream
1noodles

Steps

Brown beef in large skillet with a little oil, and mushrooms.

Stir in soup and enough milk to make desired consistency.

Add 8 - 16 oz. sour cream, heat until warm.

Season to taste.

Serve over noodles.
