This dish was fantastic! I did not include the pecans because we aren't big fans. The sweetness of the corn is perfectly balanced by the spice of the jalapeno. Try it and let me know if you love it as much as we did. :chef

In large bowl combine cornmeal and making soda.in a small bowl whisk the eggs, and butter.add cream style corn, corn snd onions. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.

Pour half the mixture into a 13 in x 9 in baking dish coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle with cheese and jalapenos. Top with remaining batter sprinkle with pecans.

Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 45-50 minutes or until a thermometer reads 160°. Serve warm.
