Ingredients

5 to 6 servings

400 gmsboiled & mashed potatoes
2medium size finely chopped onions
2 tbspfinely chopped garlic
3 tbspcorn flour
2 tbspcoriander leaves
2 tbspmint leaves
2 tspchilli powder
50 gmsprocessed cheese
Oil fr frying
Salt as per taste

Steps

In a bowl mix all the ings well

Divide into small round balls

Heat oil in a kadai deep fry the tikkis. You can shallow fry them if you dnt want to deep fry.

Fry till brown & crisp. Drain on an absorbent kitchen towel.

Serve hot. I hv deep fried the tikkis
