Ingredients

5 to 6 servings
  • 400 gmsboiled & mashed potatoes
  • 2medium size finely chopped onions
  • 2 tbspfinely chopped garlic
  • 3 tbspcorn flour
  • 2 tbspcoriander leaves
  • 2 tbspmint leaves
  • 2 tspchilli powder
  • 50 gmsprocessed cheese
  • Oil fr frying
  • Salt as per taste

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl mix all the ings well

  2. 2

    Divide into small round balls

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a kadai deep fry the tikkis. You can shallow fry them if you dnt want to deep fry.

  4. 4

    Fry till brown & crisp. Drain on an absorbent kitchen towel.

  5. 5

    Serve hot. I hv deep fried the tikkis
