Steps

First wash RICE and soak it for 1 hour.

After hour drain the water.

Heat COOKER add 1 TBS ghee.

When ghee melts add HING.

Add WHOLE SPICES and saute it for 1 minute on slow flame.

Now add PEAS and mix it well.

Cook it for 2 minute.

Now add soaked RICE and mix it.

Add salt

Add BLACK PAPER POWDER and mix it.

Add 1 + 3/4 CUP WATER and mix it well.

Bring it to boil

Now close the lid and take 2 whistle on high flame.

After 2 whistle switch off the flame and cool down.

Serve hot.
