Garlic,onions,jeera,adrak,cinnamon,bay leaf,jaifal sabhi ko grind kar lein.

Abb oil garam karein usme thode se sabut masale fry karein aur chopped onions daal ke fry karein fir usme grinded masala daale aur oil chodne tak fry karein. Fir issi masale mein turmeric,coriander and chilli powder daale

Abb chicken pieces daale aur fry karein salt aur garam masala daalke pani bahut hi thoda sa daale ki chicken jale nahi.

Garnish with coriander

Serve hot with chappati and bread.
