One of the everyday breakfast or party snack from the South Indian Cuisine. These are usually made from left over or fermented idli dosa batter. These are made with a special pan called Paniyaram pan .Paniyaram turns out crispy from inside.

Steps

Take a vessel.

Pour the batter.

Add all the above ingredients and mix.

Batter should be of medium consistency.

Heat the paniyaram pan.

Fill each mould with 1/2 teaspoon of oil.

Pour batter up to 3/4 in each mould.

Lower the heat ; cover and cook.

When the base is golden fried,flip and cook until done

Serve hot with coconut chutney, tomato onion chutney and tikki Mirch chutney.
