  • 1 kgGobi
  • Oil
  • 1 katoriCorn flour
  • Salt
  • 1 tspPepper powder
  • 2 tbsGinger Garlic paste
  • 1/2 katoriTomato sauce
  • 2 tbsSoya sauce
  • 3Onion mota slice kiya huwa
  • Spring onion sliced
  • 1 tspChilli paste

Steps

  1. 1

    Fir gobi ko chota chota cut kar ke blaanch kar le.....

  2. 2

    Ek batter ready karein..... Usme corn flour...salt...1ts soya sause... Ginger Garlic paste 1 tbs paste and paani daal ke liquidi batter ready karein....

  3. 3

    Blanched gobi ko batter me dip kar ke slow flame me deep fry karein....

  4. 4

    Ek pan me 2 tbs oil daale....2 tbs ginger garlic paste daale....fir ache se bhune fir diced onions daale....fry karein fir saare sause daale...and spring onion daal ke mix karein fir fried gobi daal ke ache se mix karein and enjoy.....
