Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupmoong daal
  • 2se 3 bread without corner
  • 1/2 tspCumin seed
  • 2 pinchAsafoetida
  • 1/4tsp
  • 2Green chilli chopped
  • 1 tspCoriander leave chopped
  • Oil for deep fry
  • 2-4 tspImli chutney
  • 1 tspGreen chutney
  • 1 cupCurd
  • 1/4 tspsugar
  • pinchFry cumin powder
  • pinchChat Masala

Steps

  1. 1

    Moong daal aur urad daal ko wash kar ke bhigo de      4 se 5 hours ke liye

  2. 2

    Then     mixi jaar me  daale and bread ke corner cut karein aur water me dip kar ke....extra water nikal ke    jar me daal le    aur ache se paste banayein   ...

  3. 3

    Then ache se fet le better ko.... then add hing, jeera, Hari Mirch chopped,  salt,  hara Dhaniya chopped   mix it well

    Kadai me oil gram karein Then bhalle  ki shape better daal ke tal le ....

  5. 5

    Tissue paper par nikal le then  curd  ko ache se shake karein few sugar daal ke  bhalle ko curd me bhigo de..

  6. 6

    Now curd ke sath bhallo ko serving bowl me nikal le then add Imli sause, Dhaniya chutney, chat masala sprinkle, bhuna jeera powder  sprinkle .... Anar ke Dane,  Dhaniya patti lagake serve..... karein
