Ingredients

  • 3-4boiled potato
  • 1 cupbesan
  • 1/4 tspred chilly powder
  • 1/4 tspjeera powder
  • 1 tspaamchur powder
  • 1 tbspchopped coriender
  • 1-2green chilly
  • 2 tbspsweet chutney ya saus
  • 1/4 tsphing
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 glasswater
  • Oil for frying
  • 1 tbspgreen chutney ya chilly saus
  • 2 tbspnamkeen bhujia
  • 4-5paav ya bun

Steps

  1. 1

    Boiled potato ko mash kar le.

  2. 2

    Mash potato me chaat masala, salt, chilly powder, chopped coriender aur green chilly chopped karke mix kar le.

  3. 3

    Ab besan ko bowl me le aur thoda salt, jeera powder aur hing daal kar paani mix karke batter bana le na jaada thick ho na patla ho.

  4. 4

    Ab mash potato ke medium size ke balls bana le.

  5. 5

    Kadhai me oil garam kare potato balls ko besan ke batter me dip kare aur oil me fry kar le golden brown hone tak.

  6. 6

    Ab paav ya bun le usko beech se cut kare ek taraf green chutney ek taraf red sweet chutney laga le.

  7. 7

    Ab bread ke ek piece me potato balls rakhe doosri side me namkeen bhuzia rakhe.

  8. 8

    Bhuzia waale piece ko potato balls ke upper rakhe.

  9. 9

    Ab tea ke saath serve kare.
