Steps

Heat some ghee in a kadhai, add shredded beetroot & mix the beetroot for 15 mins until it loses it's raw smell.

Add sugar & milk & stir well until all the mixture becomes thick.

Add mava & mix well for 10 mins so that no lumps are formed.

Keep stirring the mixture until all the ghee is pumped out.

Add all the dryfruits & mix well.

Add cardamom powder, mix well & simmer it for 5 mins.

You are done with this mouth-watering halwa, garnish with dry fruits & serve hot.
