Steps

Break the rotis into small pieces by hand.

Put 3 tbsp of oil in a pan.

Add cumin seeds, mustard seeds and hing when the oil is hot.

Add chopped onions, ginger and garlic and saute until onions become light brown.

Then add chopped tomatoes and cook for a while

Mix all the spices and salt.

Then add the roti pieces and mix well.

Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
It's ready to serve.
