Ingredients

3-4 servings
  1. 7-8leftover chapattis
  2. 1chopped Onion
  3. 2chopped Tomatoes
  4. 2-3crushed Garlic flakes
  5. 1little bit of finely chopped Ginger
  6. coriander for garnishing
  7. 1/2 tspCumin seeds
  8. 1/2 tspMustard Seeds
  9. 1 pinchHing
  10. to tasteSalt
  11. Oil for frying
  12. Turmeric powder,coriander powder,Red Chilli powder,Garam Masala,

Steps

5-6mins
  1. 1

    Break the rotis into small pieces by hand.

  2. 2

    Put 3 tbsp of oil in a pan.

  3. 3

    Add cumin seeds, mustard seeds and hing when the oil is hot.

  4. 4

    Add chopped onions, ginger and garlic and saute until onions become light brown.

  5. 5

    Then add chopped tomatoes and cook for a while

  6. 6

    Mix all the spices and salt.

  7. 7

    Then add the roti pieces and mix well.

  8. 8

    Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
    It's ready to serve.
