Ingredients

2 servings
  1. – 1Carrot medium sized, chopped or grated
  2. 1 &1/2 cupMilk – (chilled)
  3. 1 & 1/2 cupWater –
  4. 4 Fig (anjeer) –
  5. 15Almond –
  6. 1 tbsp Sugar – (I use sugar free Natura)

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook chopped or grated carrot in water with figs till soft and let it cool completely

  2. 2

    Then put everything except milk in the mixie jar and churn it, then add Milk and run the mixie once or twice

  3. 3

    Transfer to the glasses and serve
