Soak all ingredients atleast 6 hrs then grind in mixer. Make a fine paste add water & prepare medium consistancy batter (not thick or thin)

Keep it for permantation about 8 hrs. Then make dosa on nonstick tava. You can add chekpeas powder & ghee on dosa it is optional.

Have with chutney, sambar, potato sabji.
