In one mixing bowl whisk egg white till it become foamy. Slowly add maida, baking powder, coco powder, salt, butter and smoothly mix it. Add milk to thin it. At the end add vannila essence and mix it. Now pour around 3 tbsp batter on medium heated tawa and close it with lid. Wait till rise and cook from one side. Use some butter to grease pan. And flip it.

Till pan cakes are getting ready add coffee, icing sugar and little vanila essence in whipped cream and just fold it and keep it in freezer.

Now take one pan cake. Spread jam on it. If you feel cake is little dry spray sugar syrup. Then spread whipped cream. Repeat this for 2 more layers. Heat some choco chips in microwave and pour that on top and freeze it for 10 minutes. The cut it in pieces and eat it.
