Ingredients

  1. 200 gramsPaneer - cubed
  2. 4 tblspOil -
  3. 1 tspCumin Seeds -
  4. 1Onion - large chopped finely
  5. 1 tblspGinger Garlic paste -
  6. 3 tblspCashew -
  7. 3 tblsp-Almonds
  8. 1 tblspChilli powder -
  9. 1 tblspCoriander Powder -
  10. 2 tspCumin Powder -
  11. 1 tspTurmeric Powder -
  12. 1 tspGaram Masala Powder -
  13. 1 tblspKasuri Methi Leaves -
  14. 1/2 cupCream -
  15. to tasteSalt
  16. 1 tspSugar -

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil in a non stick pan, add paneer and fry till golden. Drain and soak it in hot water for 15 mins.

    Meanwhile soak cashews and badam in water for 15 mins. Drain and make it into a smooth puree.

    Heat oil in a pan. Add in cumin and let it crackle.

    Add onions and cook till golden brown.

    Add ginger garlic paste and mix well

  6. 6

    Add all spice powder except garam masala and mix well.

  7. 7

    Add in pureed nut mix and mix well. Cook for few mins.

    Add water and paneer and simmer for 15 to 20 mins.

    Add in kasuri methi leaves and garam masala powder and mix.

  10. 10

    Add in cream and mix well. Serve
