Ingredients

4-5 servings
  • 200 gramsPaneer - cubed
  • 4 tblspOil -
  • 1 tspCumin Seeds -
  • 1Onion - large chopped finely
  • 1 tblspGinger Garlic paste -
  • 3 tblspCashew -
  • 3 tblsp-Almonds
  • 1 tblspChilli powder -
  • 1 tblspCoriander Powder -
  • 2 tspCumin Powder -
  • 1 tspTurmeric Powder -
  • 1 tspGaram Masala Powder -
  • 1 tblspKasuri Methi Leaves -
  • 1/2 cupCream -
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tspSugar -

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a non stick pan, add paneer and fry till golden. Drain and soak it in hot water for 15 mins.

  2. 2

    Meanwhile soak cashews and badam in water for 15 mins. Drain and make it into a smooth puree.

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a pan. Add in cumin and let it crackle.

  4. 4

    Add onions and cook till golden brown.

  5. 5

    Add ginger garlic paste and mix well

  6. 6

    Add all spice powder except garam masala and mix well.

  7. 7

    Add in pureed nut mix and mix well. Cook for few mins.

  8. 8

    Add water and paneer and simmer for 15 to 20 mins.

  9. 9

    Add in kasuri methi leaves and garam masala powder and mix.

  10. 10

    Add in cream and mix well. Serve
