  • 1ltres of oil

  1. 1

    Take alarge pan and put 1 litres of oil and heat.

  2. 2

    Take fresh fish and remove scales then wash

  3. 3

    Slice slight in its body and put salt

  4. 4

    Deep it in the frying pan to cook

  5. 5

    After 20min turn the other side and cook.

  6. 6

    Serve hot with kachumbari
