Heat a pan add 1 tbsp oil. Add chopped onion and fry for 2 minutes. Add chopped capsicum. Cook it for 2 minutes. Add chopped carrot and fry for 2 minutes.

Add salt as per taste, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder and Maggi Masala, mix well.

After 1 minute add oats, mix it. Add 2 cup water. Cook oata for 3-4 minutes in low flame. Add 2 tbsp tomato sauce, mix well. Cook for 2 minutes. After 2 minutes switch off the flame. Serve it hot.
