Steps

Heat a pan add 2 tbsp ghee. Add chopped cashew, almond and raisin. Fry for 1 minute in low flame.

Add grated cucumber, mix well. Fry for 5 minutes in low flame. Add 4 tsp sugar,mix well. Cover and cook for 5 minutes. When it Cook well switch off the flame.

Heat a pot add milk and cardamom powder and boil it. When it boil switch off the flame.

Add the mixture of cucumber in a bowl. Add hot milk in it. Also add chopped cashew, almond and raisin, mix well.

Serve it hot.
