Generally we prepare Cake with all purpose flour (Maida). I have tried this chocolate cake with mutigrain wheat flour and it came out yummy and tasty. I have used Borges Olive Oil instead of butter or creame. Try this... Yes you can not make out whether atta or Maida. It's a healthy cake. I am sure you will like it.

Take sugar and ChocoChips and grind to powder.

In a bowl beat powdered sugar and butter till floppy.

Now add wheat flour and milk powder, banking powder and baking soda.

Gradually add milk to bring a proper consistency in the cake batter for baking. Add nuts, tuty fruity and vanilla essence.

Grease the baking container and pour the battle. Remove the air bubbles from the battle by tapping the baking tray lightly.

Bake the cake in a pre-heated microwave oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Check the cake if it is done by inserting a toothpick.

Decorate the cake as you like.
Yummy and delicious cake is ready.
