Ingredients

  • 2cupspinach
  • 2 medium sized boiled potato
  • 1tsp chaat masala
  • 1tspGaram Masala
  • . Salt to taste
  • couple piece fresh frozen
  • 2tsp ginger and green chilli paste
  • 1tsp amchoor powder
  • 1/2tsp red chilli powder
  • 3tbspbesan
  • 3tbspoil for Pan frying the kebab

Steps

  1. 1

    Blanched spinach in hot water for 2 minutes. Drein keep them in a cold water for 1 minute. Finally chopped the Spinich and keep aside.

  2. 2

    Roast basin in a small pen till it becomes aromat and change it's colour. Don't over roast or dark in the gram flour.

  3. 3

    Steam or boil Potatoes and peas in a biwl take the chopped spinach great the boiled potatoes in the bowl at the peace and green chilli paste amchoor powder rate 3 red chilli powder chaat masala garam masala salt

  4. 4

    Match the kebab mixture with potato masher or with a wooden spoon

  5. 5

    The roasted gram flour mix the kebab mixture uniformly

  6. 6

    Shape into round patties and shallow or Pan fry the kababs till golden brown

  7. 7

    Serve Hara Bhara Kabab hot with chutney or sauce.
