1 cupbesan sev or katiyawadi sev
1onion fine chopped
1tomato chopped
1small piece of Ginger
2green chilly fine chopped
Red chilli powder
1/2tsTurmeric powder
1/2 tspgram masala
1 tspbeated curd
2 clovegarlic

Take a pan add oil saute onions and garlic

Add ginger stir fry

Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder &curd

Cook until leave corner add tomato cook 2-nts

Add1&1/2tb sp of water

Add green chilli and sev cool ²mnts

Garnish with chopped coriander leaves

Serve with paratha..
