1 cupsprouts
2small tomatoes
Small piece of Ginger
1green chilli
Garam masala
Red chilli powder
to tasteSalt
Going pinch of
1/4 tspjeera

Take a pan add oil crackle jeera anad heeng

Add red chilli powder pour 1/4cup of water
3

Make puree with ginger &green chilli
4

Add puree &sprouts
5

Mix well and add garam masala

Cook until soft
7

Garnish with chopped coriander leaves
8

Serve with paratha..
