Fried chicken leg piece

First clean the chicken leg pieces well. Then using a knife, make gashes or slits to all the chicken pieces.. Now take a bowl and add ginger garlic paste, salt and food colour to it (along with leg pieces). Mix it well

Now keep it aside for 30 minutes to marinate. You can cover the bowl.

Take a pan and add oil to it. Heat it on medium flame. Now fry the leg pieces for 4-5 minutes. Once it is roasted enough, take the pieces out.

Your dish is ready. Now enjoy the leg pieces with onion rings and green chutney.
