Cut the edges of the bread from all sides.

Take 2 slices of bread and apply pudina chutney and close the bread slices like we do for sandwiches.

Pour whisk curds over it.

Give tarka of mustard seeds and curry leaves.

. Garnish with sweet tamrind chutney,dry masalas ;tarka and coriander leaves.

. Keep in the fridge for sometime..

Before serving garnish with any mixture to get the crunchy taste.

Serve cold.
