Ingredients

  • 1 cupall purpose flour
  • 1/2 cuppowdered sugar
  • 100 gmsbutter
  • 200 gmscondensed milk
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • 1/2 tspbaking soda
  • 3/4 cupmilk
  • Few drops vanilla essence
  • 1/2 kgrasmalai
  • Whipped cream
  • Almonds and saffaron  for garnishing

    In a Bowl beat butter untill fluffy. Add condensed milk and give a quick mix.

  2. 2

    Now add dry ingredients - sugar powder, all purpose flour, baking powder, soda gradually and mix properly. No lumps shld B formed. Add milk also simultaneously

  3. 3

    Now, transfer this batter in a greased tin and bake in the cooker for 40-45mins

  4. 4

    Now, let it cool on a rack and beat whipping cream by the time.Add yellow clr to it

  5. 5

    Now cut the cake into layers. On every layer add milk of rasmalithen apply cream and then the pieces of rasmalai over it

  6. 6

    Cover it with the other layer And do the same on each layer

  7. 7

    Now on the last layer.... Cover all over with the frosting.
