heat oven to 350. Line 9- by 13-inch baking pan with foil so that the ends extends over edges of pans by 2 inches

Beat electric mixer, beat butter, peanut butter, and egg yolk on medium high speed until smooth and creamy, about 2 minutes, scraping bowl. Add four, oats, and salt, and beat the mixture on low until blended, about 30 seconds

Press mixture evenly into the bottom of pan. Bake crusr until golden brown, 15-20 minuTES

Remove the pan from the oven and scatter the chocolate chips evenly over crust. Return pan to oven for 1 minute. Remove pan and spread chocolate evenly. Sprinkle toffee pieces over chocolate, gently pressing into place

set pan on a wire rack and cool until chocolate has set.
