ad cin and van to syrup

peel and cut apples into wedges, soak in lemon water while making the syrup

lay apples cut side up in rings on top of syrup

cook apple on stove top 10 min

cut puffed pastry to fit the top of pan bake 400 for 20 min

Invert on large serving plate. serve with ice cream
