Wash the green garlic and green chillies. Cut them roughly. Grind it in the grinder.

In green garlic paste add besan, hing, ajwain, saunf,jeera, ginger paste and salt.

Mix well add water and make thick batter.

Heat non-stick pan. Add 1 big spoon of batter on it and spread well like dosa.

Drizzle some oil around it. When bottom layer cooked flip it with more drizzled oil. Cook on medium heat.

Serve hot with tomato sauce or green chutney.
