  • 1 kgbeef
  • 1green pepper
  • 2tomatoes
  • 1onion
  • 1 tsppaprika
  • 1 tspbarbecue
  • 1 cubebeef stock
  • pinchcoriander
  • 3 tbsoil
  • 1 litrewater
  • 2 clovesgarlic

Steps

2 hours
  1. 1

    Wash the beef very well and then put in the pot add coriander, paprika, garlic for taste and cook for 1hour 30 minutes

  2. 2

    Add oil and fry onion, garlic and tomato

  3. 3

    Then add green pepper, chopped herbs for decoration and beef stock

  4. 4

    Ready to serve love it
