2large tomatoes
1 tbsproyco
to tasteSalt

Boil the meat for 30 minutes with salt and 2 tbsp of oil.

Add in diced onions and fry until soft.

Add in tomatoes and stir until soft.
4

Add in royco and stir. Then add in royco powder. Cook for 3 minutes then serve.
