Scotch Eggs
Whole egg cutlet recipe, easy to make!
Steps

Take boiled potatoes in a mixing bowl and mash them well.

Add salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, jeera, lemon juice, coriander and mix.

Add bread crumbs as required (around 1/4th cup) and make a tight dough. Reserve the remaining bread crumbs for coating.

Now take a big portion of the dough and flatten it on your palm.

Place the whole boiled egg on it. Cover the egg from all sides with the dough.

Coat the ball in the remaining bread crumbs.

Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown.

Cut in half and serve immediately with ketchup or chutney.
