Ingredients

  • 3 cupsWheat Flour,
  • 1 cupBajra flour
  • 1 cupfinely chopped Fenugreek Leaves (Methi)
  • 1/2-1 cupCurd,
  • 2-3 tspGinger, Garlic and Chilli paste,
  • 1-2 tspSugar
  • 1-2 tspSesame Seeds
  • 3-4 tspoil
  • Salt & Spices as per taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all above ingredients and knead a medium-soft dough. Leave it covered for half an hour around.

  2. 2

    Make round balls from it and roll them flat one by one coating with fine wheat flour(if required).

  3. 3

    Roast them side by side over tawa.

  4. 4

    Serve hot with Green Chutney or Curd or Pickle or Tea. :)

  5. 5

    To make Lauki Thepla, you can replace Methi with Grated Bottle Guard (Squeezed). You can also add chopped Spinach or Coriander leaves or Bathua or any green leaves vegetable you would like to add. :)
