Ingredients

  • 6puris
  • 1small cup ragda
  • 1small cup chopped onions
  • 1 tsplehsun chutney
  • 1 tbspgreen chillies coriander Chutney
  • 1 tbspkhajur imli chutney
  • 1 tbspchat masala
  • 2 tbspnylon sev
  • 1small cup sweetened curd
  • Freshly chopped coriander leaves coriander

Steps

  1. 1

    Make a hollow in the puris

  2. 2

    Fill it with the ragda and onions

  3. 3

    Now as per taste add lehsun Chutney, green Chutney, khajur imli chutney

  4. 4

    Add curd as per taste

  5. 5

    Sprinkle some chat masala

  6. 6

    Cover with the nylon sev

  7. 7

    Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves
