Cut cabbage into box shape

Cut onion, tomatoes,carrots,and courgette

Heat sauce pan and add onions to drying water, add small amount of oil

Add cabbage and stir well

Add carrots, courgettes and tomatoes and fry for 5 minutes

Correct the seasoning and serve when warm
