This Punjabi famous recipe is a hot and spicy dish. As we know, Punjabi as well as many people sometimes love to eat spicy dish especially in special occasion or gathering.
Steps

Cut the paneer into small cubes and take a bowl and add curd into it followed by all marinade ingredients.

Mix well and keep the paneer marinated in it for an hour.

Grind the paste ingredients and keep aside.Meanwhile, take out the paneer from the curd mixture and shallow fry or deep fry them.

Heat oil in kadai and fry the paste till oil appears on the sides of the kadai.

Add the curd mixture into it and fry it for some time until both the mixtures get blended well.

Once done, add the fried paneer and bring to a boil.

Spicy Masala Pander is ready to serve.
Serve hot with rotis or parathas or
