Mix all Ingredients in a bowl and oil 1 tbsp only.

Hot a non stick tawa put 1 tbsp oil and spread then pour 4 tbsp of besan mixture and spread with the help of spoon.

Turn it when light brown from one side and turn again when light brown from second side and remove it in plate.

In a pan add 1/2 tbsp oil salt and 2 pinch red chilli and add paneer and mix.

Put the 1 tbsp of paneer mixture on chilla and served.
