Preheat the oven to 325 - 350°F

Place thawed ham (cut side down) in roaster or 2" pan.

Add 1 cup water to roaster.

Cover thightly with foil and bake for 1 1/2 to 2 hrs.

Remove from oven and cut off skin and excess fat.

Mix together mustard, jam and brown sugar.

Core ham in criss cross cuts.

Rub mustard mix all over ham and insert cloves in the cuts.

Cover with foil and bake for 2hrs. or until tender. Apply any remaining mustard mix over ham 20mins before done and bake uncovered for final 20 mins.

Note: baking time for ham is aprox. 20mins per pound so calculate for hams exceeding 11lbs.
