  • 1 cupbesan
  • 1 cupcurd
  • 1 tbspginger garlic
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 pinchred color
  • 2 tbspButter

    Take a bowl add curd besan and ginger garlic paste.

    Mix well add salt and Marinate for 2 hrs.

  3. 3

    Color red chicken and grill for 30 mn.

  4. 4

    Ready to serve with curd mint chutney.
