Ingredients

30minutes
3 servings
  • 500 gmchicken wings
  • 5 tablespoonsAll purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoonginger paste
  • to tastesalt
  • 1 teaspoonRed chilli powder
  • 1/3 teaspoonAjinomoto
  • oil for deep fry

Steps

30minutes
  1. 1

    Marinate chicken lollipop wings (salt, ginger paste, red chilli powder, ajinomoto) keep aside for 1hour.

  2. 2

    Take mixing bowl add all purpose flour, 1/2 salt, 1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder and make thick batter.

  3. 3

    Heat oil in deep wok, deep marinated chicken wings in batter and then fry in heated oil. Transfer this on absorbing paper.

  4. 4

    Serve with raw onion, lemon and schezwan sauce
