Ingredients

1coffee mug
4 tbspcake flour (plain not self rising)
4 tbspsugar
2 tbspcocoa
1egg
3 tbspmilk
3 tbspoil
1 smallsplash of vanilla
3 tbspchocolate chips, optional

Steps

Add dry ingredients to mug, mix well with a fork.

Add egg, mix thoroughly. Pour in milk, oil, and vanilla. mix well. Add chips, if using.

Put mug in microwave. Cook for 3 minutes on 1000 Watts. Cake will rise over top of mug - don't be alarmed! Allow to cool a little. Tip into plate if desired.
