In a pan add oil, fr seasoning add mustard seeds, bengalgram one tsp, red chill one, bell pepper, onions fry until golden yellow

Add grated carrot, badam, cashew nut

Fry fr a while. Then add salt, vangibath powder, tamarind water 1tsp, jaggery one tsp fr taste

Mix well add grated dry coconut fr taste and sprinkle coriander leaves

Mix well with cooked rice
